  • Help!!! Collectica removal notice for tv licensing fine

Hi everyone, I'm new to this, I gave birth to my son prematurely and he has a million and one things going on we are in and out of hospital and he is now disabled. My partner is disabled and it's currently only myself holding us together. I am depressed and suffer terribly with anxiety. My son and I got out of hospital Thursday and spent most of Friday asleep on the sofa. Today I decided its time to sort out all the post etc some of which going back to February, I came across a Collectica notice of removal of goods from Friday. I rang collectica who informed me they wouldn't deal with me and to call the bailiff direct. So I called the bailiff and he basically said he is instructed to return this Friday to collect goods or full payment and as I am back in hospital Thursday and Friday I won't be here and he has said he wouldn't need me here to access our property. I have told him I couldn't get £505.00 as I only receive around £650 per month and due to hospital trips etc I couldn't afford that but I would pay in installments. He said basically the same and to ring Collectica to sort out. I rang Collectica they said No (AGAIN) I have to deal with bailiff direct so I asked to speak to a manager and they said they'd have one call me back. I'm still waiting and have rang courts and all sorts to get no further forward.... Can anyone advise what to do?? I'm desperate I've never been in this situation before and due to my anxiety I have trouble getting my head around things, explaining things and understanding. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hello Amanda, sorry to hear about your baby, however depending on your answers you might be able to enter in a payment arrangement.

      1) Do you work, and if you do how may hours per week do you do?

      2) Do you receive any benefits, and if you do what are they?

      3) Do you have a vehicle, and if you do how much is it worth?

      4) The property you live in, is it owned (paid for/mortgaged) or rented?

      a) If rented does the furniture come with it?

Please reply as soon as practical.
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!
