    all mail goes into a lock box, and its myself and wife who have the only keys, and it just happened that she was away the previous 2 weeks before it happened , and it was me who checked the mail , there was no letter, addressed to either the lad , or me from marston group in any of the 2 weeks leading up to this,but i do understand that there should have been some sort of warning before hand, he had split with my daughter around the 20th november, this all happened nearly four weeks later, so unless it was in amongst mail before that , and he never said,

      The letter is a requirement under the legislation, if it was not sent the should not have been charging the enforcment stage fee in any case.
