Yes, I thought the same thing about CIVEA because I have been on their site and they actually seem to favour the bailiffs over the regular person, so can't see them being helpful. I am going to persevere. There is a 14-day hold on the bailiffs actions, and then I am going to see what happens after that. I am not letting this company put fear into me though, even though I was afraid at first. I think they rely on scare tactics and the fact that the average person doesn't know the law.
