I need help please someone anyone asap

I have a massive problem I have court fines from the magistrates I was unaware that my payments had been stopped to them I revived the letter Wednesday of last week and I phone the next day as I didn't want it to be passed to collectors/bailiffs but when I phoned I was told I was 28 days over due on the letter it says 14.april.2014 I had treys to explain that I'd only just revived the letter the day before but there was nothing I could do my debt is only £1350.00 but iv been told I have to pay £51.56 a week. I can't afford this as myself and my partner are unemployed and also my partner only has 5 weeks left of her pregnancy I have said this to the collection agents (collectica) but the reply I get is (I DONT WANT TO HERE ABOUT YOUR LIFE IM HERE TO DO A JOB AND COLLECT MONEY I DONT WANT TO NO YOUR OTHER PROBLEMS) witch I find quit upsetting I have be diagnosed with depression and I take tablets for this what can I do someone please help I have the collectors coming to the door on the 30th of May witch they have a notice of enforcement HELP HELP HELP PLEASE...

Collectica are known for being economical with the actualities, not just with debtors, but with H.M. Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), too. Both you and your partner are vulnerable, due to your respective conditions, and Collectica are ignoring this. They are required to report this back to the court.

I am somewhat concerned you do not appear to have received either a reminder or Further Steps Notice from the court, before they involved Collectica. The FSN is a legal requirement. Speak to the court and explain your situation and if this appears to fall on deaf ears, come back onto this thread and an email address will be provided for a team that is at a higher level within HMCTS than the court.

Hello Ajay,

I've only just logged in today and seen this. You say you were not aware your payments to the court had been stopped, how were you making these previously and how much were you paying each week / month?

Did the court write to you to tell you there was an issue with your payments and you needed to repay the arrears or further action may be taken?

You have clearly spoken to Collectica. Was this on the phone as a result of receiving a letter giving you seven clear days in which to make payment or come to an agreement, or was it as a result of a visit by them? If they visited, had they sent a letter previously?

I'm sorry to ask so many questions, but the answers would be helpful so we can suggest the best way forward for you.
