The bailiff has no right of entry by a workman or agent being at the home if he has not already a walking possession agreement

To get that he needs to gain entry with you there if you are there don't let him in

If he try's to push pass you

You can use reasonable force to stop him gaining entry

Good news, Rossendales have suspended recovery action on my account for a few weeks while I get proof of my vulnerability to them. Huge weight off my mind knowing that a bailiff won't walk in during that open house.
