Don't pay anything to Marstons as they will take the route of "he's paying us anyway so we'll keep our fees and not tell HMCTS". Ther Court obviously haven't a clue, Marstons are just prepared to lie through their teeth. At the end of the day Marstons have no jurisdiction but are too thick to realise it and hand the account back. The Court are only trotting out the well worn "deal with Marstons" line as they also don't have a clue. You can always make a complaint to the Court & MOJ particularly criticising their contractors.

O.K. so i maybe shouldkeep attempting to resolve this with the courts themselves, and leave Marstons out f the equation with regards to communication?? How would i go about making a formal complaint??

Would assume it is enforcement action Marstons have been instructed with, and not just debt collection 1. because this is court fines, issued by Berkshire Magistrate Courts and 2. because the letter i have from the court says there is a warrant of control out for this, wich is the new name for a distress warrant under the new legislation i believe. Seems silly that this is the course of action HMCTS have taken as only 4 months ago the called back the debt after being informed by me, and realising, that bailiff action is unenforcable in Scotland, yet here they are, doing the same thing again... I must add, i have had NOTHING from Marstons themselves, only a letter from the court saying they forwarded the payment i made the following week to Marstons as they will be handling this now, with a warrant of control...

I want this cleared and put behind me now, so will continue to call the Enforcement Business Centre, each time i will ask to speak to a superior, with the aim of finally reaching a mutual agreement to get this matter dealt with once and for all??

sorry if this is all higgldy piggldy, i hope it makes sense...
