    Hi everyone,
I am new here and have been having several unpleasant issues with Newlyn. They seized my vehicle a few months ago for an unpaid PCN and I had to pay almost a thousand pounds to retrieve it. Is there any way to claim their ridiculously inflated fees back? Has anyone here been successful in doing this?

They are also relentlessly chasing another PCN and harassing me almost daily with phone calls and texts. Do they ever give up?

    Many thanks in advance!

Hi and welcome back to Legal Beagles.

Do you have a breakdown of fees in respect of the previous PCN? This will give an indication of just how much Newlyns have ripped you off.

In respect of the current PCN, how many texts and phone calls per day are we talking about?
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

At the risk of sounding overly commercial, retreiving bailiffs fees and stopping current bailiff action is what I do.
