    Hi House Keeper,

With a heart condition, your neighbour is classed as HIGH RISK AND VULNERABLE. Do you know who this bailiff is acting for, please? Whoever it is, they need to call him and B & S off immediately. If you can, find out what this alleged debt is for and who the creditor is. We will help with the necessary advice.

Needless to say, he's another jerk from Bristols & Hooters:

Bristols & Hooters or Busted & Stupid, perhaps a reminder that if they persist and the High Risk debtor suffers any ill effects from their vigorous and hard ball enforcement they will be firked

B & S should be contacted along with the council , and asked have they carried out a risk assessment under Health & Safety into the effect of their enforcement on people who have heart trouble, and that if that person was to suffer further health complications as a result, they may not be so lucky as the barsteward Marston bailiff who got away with marching the pensioner to a cashpoint who then died without charge. B & S may be up in front of the beak, along with senior council officials. Send proof of vulnerability as in doctors letter prescription etc to couincil and Busted & Stupid, reminding them of the National Standards.

Do you know on what goods and chattels the oaf claims to have levied distress?

                House Keeper,

Your neighbour needs to see their GP asap and get them to write a letter confirming their heart condition and vulnerability. Copies of this need to be sent to the local authority concerned and B & S straight away.

If B & S and their bailiff ignore the letter and/or claim it makes no difference and continue regardless, the bailiff, B & S and the local authority could find themselves in very serious trouble indeed.
