Might Iain Drunken Smith's priest go on strike and refuse him absolution?

However after the service at the War Memorial I mentioned the TCGA and it's provision and the other bit about the interpleaders, he was aghast when I explained to illustrate the scope of this abomination, that if he was ministering to a parishioner, and his car was parked adjacent to a debtor's house after April a bailiff could seize it and if he couldn't afford the debt, the bailiff fees and the application for interpleader to lodge with the court then the bailiff gets his car with no legal redress possible, also he was unaware of the eye watering fee increases likely to come in also. Good on you, BB. The more people who know and spread the word the better. I'm going to let a certain Mr Gerrish know about the insidious attempt by the ConDems to introduce fraud and theft with no punishment for an industry already well-known for its questionable activities and modus operandi to the English legal system. I am of the opinion that it won't result in riots, but some pretty awkward questions are likely to be asked in Parliament. Once it becomes common knowledge, the proverbial will hit the air conditioning. As I have said before, the ConDem government has to remain in office long enough to see it come into force. And I am not convinced they will see it come into force, if at all.

      Also, IFYPFY.

This interpleader will only encourage the fount of the OIP's woe, Jacobs to take and sell any motor they see. The issue is, will the interpleader be held under criminal jurisprudence if it is Marstons who stole the motor for a magistrates fine, and civil for a council tax LO?, or will it all be Civil. the mind boggles at the ineptitude of MOJ and our deluded Ministers. The potential with this one is to grind the already slow wheels of justice to a complete halt.

Any idea which bozos in Westminster came up with this piece of legislative trash, BB? It doesn't comply with the ECHR/HRA, though, I have no doubt the Secretary of State responsible will have included a statement that it does. However, experience has shown that putting claims that a provision complies with the ECHR/HRA is not, necessarily, a guarantee that a judge won't realise the statement is pure bovine effluent and slap it down, leaving the government of the day in a legal quagmire of its own or a previous government's making. As previously stated, this present government has to remain in office to see the provision come into force. Anything could happen between now and April 2014 which would put the provision on hold or condemned to be repealed. What is likely to replace it if the present government is turfed out before April and the provision is binned? That is a whole new thread.

The prediction of the end of this Government next April is the repeat of the prediction of the end of the government this November?
assuming it happens whats the alternative Miliband and the leftovers of the last Labour government that bailed out the bankers and ruined some of the rest of us.

Oh ye of little faith. Whether we like to accept it or not, Wales, we are going through a period of change and adjustment. It isn't just happening in the UK; it is happening worldwide. I would recommend that no-one should allow themselves to be influenced by what goes out through the mainstream media. It is owned by the banksters through a network of front companies and pumps out nothing more than propaganda and pap designed to distract people's attention away from what is really going on and that is wholesale and widespread fraud and corruption.

Forums like LB and CAG deal with what is really going on and which the mainstream media won't show, not because it is not newsworthy, but because it would cause public outrage and the politicians would have some very difficult questions to answer.

I can form my own opinions and realise a lot from the Media is Propaganda and spin but people like us are not going to change the system.
I await an answer as to the alternative?Or do we have a period where its a free for all where as always the weak suffer and the strong prosper.

I believe Milo is working behind the scenes to try to talk some sense into these bozos, however as the bailiff co's are likely at the table I think she will need all the support she can get. The interpleaders may well not be the end of the absolute muppetry these munters are going to inflict on an unsuspecting population

The Bilderbergers are the ones who need putting in their place, Wales. Most of them are involved in the international banking cartel that thinks it runs the world and the Bilderbergers are so arrogant and manipulative, they will do whatever they can to ensure what they say goes including political systems. What they fear more than anything else is the people realising what is going on and rebelling. More and more people I am talking to have had enough of the current political system and want change. Getting rid of whips and political parties will break the grip vested interests have on the laws and government policy of this country and other countries and if it is replaced by government by consensus, which is not unlike what we had when we were different tribes wandering around what is now the continents 1,000s of years ago, hopefully, this world will become a more peaceful and prosperous place as a result.

And how do we achieve the alternative way of Government for the people?
The people in this group are or control the money that rules the world. Look back in history the bankers always had the power ,you still have not given an alternative regime the rulers will come from those in the political system that's there now the money will not back the revolution?

Some of the Nordic countries have laws which require referenda under certain circumstances, BB. Most countries on mainland Europe have electronic voting for their MPs and they do not leave the chamber when voting. The trouble with the Westminster parliament is that you have too many ex public schoolboys who see it as an extension of the debating society at Eton, etc., and cannot or will not face up to the realities of life or the consequences of their actions. They also appear to be under the misguided beleif that vested interests have priority over the interests of the electorate. Can power be wrestled from the bankers? Of course it can. Nothing is impossible if people act and speak as one.

Thanks Bluebottle. Do I need to send them proof that the car is mine if they have put a different registration for the vehicle they have levied on and are asking for proof of ownership?

My brother received a new letter (Bailiff Removal - 7 day notice) from Jacobs this morning saying final opportunity to prevent removal action! If the amount is not paid within 7 days they will attend to enforce the liability order by the seizure and sale of your goods.

We have already sent them a stat dec saying everything in and around the property is mine and not my brothers (the debtor), so why are they sending this letter when there is nothing to seize? What should we do next? Please help!

(Note: The amount due on the letter has gone down by £80 which is the amount my brother paid last week to the Council via their online payment page!)

The stat dec doesn't list items - it just states that everything is mine apart from clothing and toiletries and a contract mobile phone which belong to my brother. In their last letter Jacobs acknowledged receipt of the stat dec and said they had noted this on the account!

I thought they would have passed back to the council by now and am feeling worn down by their constant attempts no matter what we do!
