I wouldn't pay them a penny and like someone said in a previous post claiming to be someone who they are not is a serious offence, try and get evidence of the bailiff's misrepresentation and file a form 4 strait away.

I thouht only the police can pull you over legally but I have herd stories of bailiffs trying to force people over down the motorway.
