Let's try it another way - what was her name?
T60 thinkpad is a real laptop, I have never had anything with so many buttons that I have absolutely no idea what they do.
As for her name, I looked at the Marstons badge with her picture and not her name.....

Did you see a postcard-sized document, yellow in colour, with a photo overstamped with a court seal and encapsulated with clear film? This is a Form 1, more commonly known as a Certificated Bailiff Certificate. If she didn't produce this or refused to produce it, then I would be suspicious as to why. The Marston ID card is not a Form 1 and does not authorise a person to act as a bailiff or to levy distress. What is the bailiff's name, please?

Boadicea has moved to Liverpool? what have the good people of Merseyside done to deserve that?

Jf indeed it is the same bailiff, surely in view of her previous behaviour she should have been sacked, boasting on Facebook about intimidating debtors.

Either way waynedear needs to put in formal complaints.

New meaning for boasting... a bailiff acting in an intimidating threatening manner and acting ultra vires on an enforcement fvisit, named after the MO of Mr Boast late of Rossendales.

If she shows her face again, I would ask to see her Form 1 and if she fails or refuses to do so, or tries to fob you off with her Marstons' ID, dial 999 and get the police out. From what you've said, I don't think they'll have much time for her.

So we were led to believe but, months later, she is still listed in the on-line register.

Nor does there seem to have been any publication (in any news media available on-line) that her certificate had been revoked or any part of her bond forfeited.

It is possible that the Register still has not been updated.

If Melanie Boswell is still on the register, this needs looking into and someone needs to answers some questions.

It helps OP if Boswell is indeed the bailiff as her past actions seem to be being repeated so perhaps complaints to Council, and corroboration of the shenanigans of their agent that will bring them into disrepute communicated to CEO and leader along with MP. Also a letter to her certifying court regarding her behaviour would not go amiss.
