  • Just received a notice "attendance to levy fee" ....very distressed girlfriend .

My girlfriend , who is at my house just now, has just been told by her daughter that a man visited their house. He is from JBW and left a letter headed "attendance to levy fee" . Her daughter then called her Mum and said the man had asked that she call him. When she did he told her that she must pay £700+ by ten o'clock tonight or he would be back ......and that could be anytime from 6am tomorrow.

It relates to a parking fine some time back ...she hasn't been able to keep up the payments on the arrangement.

Can they be as brutal as this ....both girls are terrified that their house is going to be ransacked tomorrow morning .

How can we get this back onto a business footing .
Thanks in advance for any help .
