    What happens if I ignore the letter?
    Unless instructed otherwise by our clients, recovery action will continue and the bailiff may remove your goods for sale if you do not address payment of the arrears.

    theres no mention of the fact that they legally cant take your goods unless they have gained peaceful entry!! Scaremongering people into paying by misinformation..shame on them

    Its the use of the word MAY as opposed to can or will, that gives them the wriggle room.
