    Re: Urgent bailiff advice required!

the bailiff cant levy against a car worth say £1600 for a debt of £80 its classed as excessive levy.. now the debts paid.(.remember it can take 10 days to appear on Equita's system as paid but they dont tell you this as they can charge for further letters etc).. they have no legal right to be anywhere near your home so show them the printed receipt from their own site where you paid and tell him to do one, politely if you wish! Never let a bailiff in!

tell him to do one. the extra money he wants from you are his illegal holiday fund fees.. the most that can be charged is £49.00 for two letters nothing for a phone call as its 'hearsay' texts aren't legal documents. ask for the charges to be sent to you by post.. have a good laugh and bin it!
