    MissFM the whole reason behind me joining the forum was to try & put a stop the delightful Kevin behaviour & treatment of vulnerable customers before the tw*t drives some 1 to an early grave or for them to take the law into their own hands by giving the idiot a bloody good hiding or something more severe than that!!!

          As I've said a few times he sounded more like came from the same neck of the woods as myself originally - Middlesbrough - only unless I was hearing things at the time because my he had my head that far up my a*se the way he was going on & behaving, hounding & harassing me & had me panicing like mad!!!

              I'll wait for what BB has to say & his thoughts & opinions on things before I make a final decision on what to do - if I do give up now I feel as so I'm letting him down with his hard work pushing things all the way in getting a result & Qpips as well as if the 2 Mr Cox's are the same person, surely if it is 2 cases going on against him are more likely to put him amongst the ranks of the unemployed than just 1!!!

                    The bugger should have choked on it - would have done us all a big favour then & he wouldn't be able to lie his head off in denial then about what he's said & done to customers - are all Marston bailiffs like that hey - devious & full of brown stuff??? Guess it must be part of their standard training!!!!

                      Generally all bailiffs are like that. Purvereyors of terminological inexactitude, aggresive, and have any scruples surgically removed before starting work.

                                It's gone now BB, thanks for saving my backside - just wanted to gather people's opinions on it after it left me so dis-illusioned & dis-heartened yesterday - like I said to you in my email I was ready to give up the fight then until you re-assured me it was their standard nonsense that they use to try & deter & put people off carrying on to push things any further.
