Think you can see where his work force get their extremely bad attitude from now judging by the total lack of respect he has shown you Qpips in his email from what you have said - most probably can't see what is going on in the real world in his middle class bubble that he lives in & most probably thinks it's perfectly justified for the morons he employs to behave in the way which they do!!!
