                      Dunno about you Qpips but I've still got a strong smell of bulls**t hanging around outside my flat after the verbal diarrhea that came from Mr Cock's mouth with his lies, intimidation, harassment & bullying - wonder if he's looked @ our thread about our love for him yet after I text him the link for it this morning???                         Boro boy speak to your local court who deal with bailiffs and get your doc to fax the letter to them. As what the cosmic member said about it is correct as it was my case he was referring to. My gp faxed a letter and it was withdrawn within an hour. I had the same as you but a diff bailiff for marstons and myself to had to have an ambulance called. I'm due in court tomoro and hopefully my fines will be quashed as tv licence messed up and I was never tried in court. If u want good advice speak to the cosmic aka bluebottle he is an angel in my eyes and helped me greatly and forever I will be great full. As for compensation don't expect it unless u take it to court personally. But please get your doc to fax to the court you will find once they have it they withdraw warrant as your classed vulnerable and will be asked to attend court to discuss the fine if it stands were u made aware of it etc.

                          Jenna my doc has already faxed the letter to Marston & the case has now been handed to the vulnerable customer team to deal with in a non-confrontational manner - just don't wanna see another vulnerable person exploited by Mr Cox & his behaviour & attitude to people in general & see him make their lives a misery!!!

                            At one point he tried to get sympathy from me!! "I dont like having to do this job, do you have any idea how hard it is for me?" looked really hard for him as he took the remainder of my months wages and stuffed his face with a bacon sandwich whilst sat in his car!
