Think he needs more than a kick in the b*llocks bizzybob - more like a red hot poker forced up his back side to leave him in the most severe pain known to man kind or some other form of medievail torture to bring him back down to earth with a very big bang the b*stard!!!

Not yet Qpips - my money is on the tw*t registered @ Taunton - BB will more than likely get that answer from Gareth Hughes

Hmm the accent sounded right for Taunton, but apparently Mr Cox who visited me was certified in Liverpool.

A Bailiff can obtain his Certificate at any County Court within England or Wales no matter where he lives or which area he covers.

As I've said previously the 1 I had dealings with sounded as so he was from the same neck of the woods as myself & sounded very much like a Middlesbrough accent, when I checked on the yellow pages website a listing for Marstons came up in Billingham which is on the other side of the River Tees next door to Stockton so not sure if the instructions have been sent to that office from HMCTS, but then again there are no Cox's registered in the Teesside area

Really hope BB hears from Derby mags enforcement team today regarding the threats Mr Cox made to me so we can get the ball rolling by getting Gareth Hughes to stick him out on his a*se along with his P45 plus 4 a CJ or DJ from the certifying court who issued his licence to question his behaviour & if they have any sense strike the b*stard off once & for all so he is never allowed to treat another vulnerable person in the same manner he treat me the low-life bully boy thug!!!

Ahhh well I guess nothing today then - looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer before we can finally nail that w*anker Cox hey - as they say "the good things come to those who wait" & "Rome wasn't built in a day" hey - would love to be a fly on the wall when Mr Hughes tells him his behaviour is "not acceptable" & to sling his hook & f*ck off the b*stard!!!

Have sent the following email to Marstons tonight regarding my treatment - let's see if they respond @ last as they never seem to do so the ignorant b*stards:

                          Dear Sir/Madam

Why do you never answer or reply to my emails that I send you please? Is it because your staff are damn right ignorant & rude & don't give a damn about your customers & think you have the god given right to treat them like something you have scraped off your shoe. Your bailiff Mr Cox threatened to force entry into my property without prior permission of the court & seize goods, caused me FOUR panic attacks because of his actions & behaviour even though I was classed as a vulnerable customer who is a recovering alcoholic 27 months dry & suffer with long term depression & anxiety, the 1st panic attack resulted in me having to call for an ambulance as my breathing & shaking were that bad. My legal specialist contact has already spoken with Gareth Hughes regarding this case & is currently waiting to hear back from Derby Magistrates Court enforcement team if they gave permission to COX to make a forced entry - if it comes back as a "NO" I will be seeking to take legal action against yourselves & him & also have his license removed by the issuing county court. I will also be making a claim for compensation in the region of £5,000 against yourselves & Cox due to this whole saga, the emotional effects it had on me mentally & to my physical health & make things common knowledge about how your company treats other human beings through the press & media. I hope I make myself extremely clear on these matters as I am extremely angry, disgusted & upset at the treatment I have received from the Marston Group in general. If you had any decency about yourselves you would at least give me a phone call on either ***** ******/***** ****** & at least make a formal apology to myself.
