Bizzybob I never had the mis-fortune of meeting Mr Cox face to face - everything was done by telephone conversations so wouldn't know which court to file my complaint too :tinysmile_cry_t:

It's also sufficient to constitute an offence of Threatening to Cause Criminal Damage (Section 2, Criminal Damage Act 1971). Under bailiff law, it is Misrepresentation of Authority.

What I'd really love to know is who is responsible for training these morons to carry out their duties in such an inappropriate manner & let them make people's lives such an absolute misery???

I did have the misfortune to meet Mr Cox, the following day to you, who also threatened to get a locksmith to my property, even though he was trying to collect fees and not my husbands court fine. I will do anything I can to make sure he never does this to anyone again!

They hide behind the ways and means act as in you owe the State, so they will use any and means, lawful or not to collect the debt, as it is HMCS they are contracted to collect for, they think they are above the law, a bit like a gutter watered down privatised version of Judge Dredd, or Dog The bounty hunter. That is my take on it. It could also be because they are failed wannabe Nightclub bouncers, and like to bully people. As in most bouncers are actually OK.

Have text "Mr Cock " this morning to let him know about our fan club we have set up in his appreciation & that he'll be a step closer to receiving his P45 & enjoying life on the dole queue - who the right mind would employ a mentally disturbed clown like him when they see his references hey??? Think he'd fit in very well @ McDonald's with the rest of life's losers!!!

I would doubt that - they are more likely to be unreformed school bullies.

I wonder what proportion of them ever met their father.
