The claimant is the Performing Rights Society, whom I am sure would love to know how Marstons have utterly screwed up enforcement of the debt.

Email the PRS and ask if you really need a licence off them to listen to an Ipod., only these bailiffs he has sent think you are a pub and your Ipod a jukebox.

Ho-hum. Another HCEO who's going to be politely told to bugger off when they go scuttling off to a Court Master for protection because they've cocked-up.

Wonder if it Sherfarce again, they will likely pursue Op and try force him to pay whether he owes it or not, then go scuttling to the master.

No, it's Marstons, bb. If the OP wishes this to be done, I can provide a link to this thread and email it to Gareth Hughes, CEO of Marston Group, and ask him to insert the toe of his boot up the backside of the HCEO involved. Does the OP have the name of the HCEO and Marston reference, please?

Yes you are correct I am not seeing for looking and confusing myself it is indeed marstons but the way this has been handled is reminiscent of the numbnuts at Sherfarce.

They are probably all from the same gene pool.

They probably go from one to the other as employees when they mess up

Yes - the HCEO is Mr Adams but their reference is too blurred to read.

After image manipulation - convert to grey-scale, make negative, sharpen - it looks like 3V22H3212.

                        I've attached the result,

It would be better if the OP could post up the Marston reference.

                            True.

The fuzzy derivative image was the best I could get from their initial attachment.
