    What is a walking possesion order? Can the HCEO S do one without entering a property?

    They can seize goods outside if they see any, usually a car, or other motor vehicle, or high value garden items, but not something like a planter or doormat.

    A walking posession simplistically means they seize or take control of the goods, but leave them in situ subject to the debtor keeping to a payment arrangement, in that circumstance they act as security, and would be taken and sold in the event of a default or failure to pay.
