  • Help! JBW and parking fine

I had an early visit from two arragant little sh!ts from JBW about a parking ticket I didn’t know about. They said it was an offence in May last year and they had clamped my car outside but wouldnt show my any paperwork when I asked for it, he insisted we come down to the door, we are 1st floor flat. I didnt let them in because it was still dark 5.45am. I am filling in forms I got from the internet to appeal the ticket but I really need my car as it stops me going to work most nights and there is no public transport, the clamping fees seemed high for an apparent £90 fine but I dont have enough to pay him to release the clamp and he is comong back tomorrow to remove the car.

Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do?

Hi and thanks Tom, I have had a look but I cant find what I am looking for, all a bit confusing and I cant find the advice about clamping. My questions are I need to know what I can go about getting my car released and find out if the bailiff allowed to do this? I have already done the forms PE2 and 3. I need to get my car released urgently and I stuck for what to do. Ive been reading up on the internet and it says bailiffs cant call before 6am does anyone know what rule says so and does anyone know where I complain to about this. I am really stuck with that clamp on my car and I need to get to work.
