The dining chairs and table for a start. The car belongs to your MIL so they can't touch that either. If property belongs to you son and he is not the debtor, they cannot touch that either. How many items does that leave? Also, has the numpty bailiff recorded model numbers and serial numbers he has recorded on the levy? If he hasn't, how can he identify individual items?

I'm not being flippant but I've never seen anything so stupid from a Bailiff Co like that for a long time. All those charges - all the same date - a definite no no.
