hi all just after some advice yesterday i received a first notice from ross and roberts with relation to council tax debt and wondering what to do with it? noo ne entered property was just a hand delivered letter is it to late to get an arrangement with the council?

also have just received an automated phone call from mmf in relation to a payday loan debt saying someone was coming to visit today i have been receiving letters but stupidly ignored them. rang their call centre and they have said i can split payments over two months but need card details i have said i would ring back with them. any advice on how to handle?

Never ever speak to a DCA especially MMF. They have NO Legal power whatsoever

You have 2 different issues here and it would be best to start a new thread within the Debt Collection Forum for your MMF issues.
