    Re: Distress warrant

Okay, well I waited and waited and waited at home all evening as Marstons were "supposed" to call back after 7pm and nothing that was 25 days ago, I have written to both courts now and again to the IPCC and still no answer someone has seriously cocked up here, I will however write to Marstons although am trying very hard and have had about 4 attempts so far to write a meaningful, but polite letter to them but I simply cannot find any polite swear words , but am working on it..... will keep you posted as to the outcome but I feel this one is going to drag on

You are wasting your time writing to Marston Group. You need to contact CPS on Tuesday without fail. They will be dealing with your appeal and be able to tell you what is happening. As I have said in previous posts, someone has seriously goofed somewhere as Marston Group should not even be involved.

        Re: Distress warrant

Well they turned up AGAIN this morning ( didn't answer the door as I was in the bath)..... this time with a threatening letter saying " that I have refused entry ( well they do turn up when I am at work and without notice for Gods sake) AND they believe that I am wilfully trying to evade payment of this account and that I should be aware that there exists a power under schedule 4A of the domestic violence crime and victims act to enable us to enter your property BY FORCE ( in caps btw) using locksmiths where required to execute this warrant I will be re-attending your premises with a locksmith if necessary to conclude this matter I may if appropriate request authority to use the above powers of entry "

SOOOO now I am angry and I will be contacting the courts and the IPCC again to chase up this damn appeal , will keep you posted

As well as speaking to the Court Manager and IPCC today, you also need to speak to the CPS today. If you don't get a straight answer out of the Court Manager escalate this to the HMCTS Regional Manager who is in a position to overrule the local Court Manager today.
