  • Rossendales CT issue

    Hi All,

Got a liability order/execution order thru the door a few days ago, I called the bailiff, said I would be willing to pay, but in very small instalments, he had asked if I could make an initial payment of £50, I said no.

I have made a payment to the council of £4, he seemded reasonable and said he'd drop round some papers for me to sign in a week or so.

I went to the council who said it was down to rossendales now,and CAB, who just said don't let them in.

I think after reading some threads on here and CAG, I will just pay direct to the council, and offer to pay the £42.50 in costs for the 2 visit?

Any other advice/tips would be gratefully received.

This is a great site, Thanks you.

You seem to have grasped what to do. Ensure that you have nothing lying outside which may be levied on and don't be surprised if they claim to have seized a vehicle in the street which isn't yours and then try to make you prove you don't own it.
