JBW loses appeal

JBW has been trying to penetate the apparently lucrative business of collecting unpaid court fines for some time now. Its has been dominated by Marston, and Government services supergiant. Serco, who trades as Philips Collection Services Ltd.

It seems JBW they cant sue their way: http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2012/8.html
