I made my agreed monthly payment to Aktiv Kapital (UK) on 5th Jan and today have received a letter from these Nordic folls, wrongly, claiming that payment not made! Their communication also 'encourages' me to set up a DD, coincidence? I'm exasperated with these imbeciles making this same 'mistake' time after time.
Also had a letter from the equally inept Moorcroft Debt Recovery Ltd, Stockport. Having taken literally months to send me a PayPoint paying-in barcode, which, after constant letters on my part, they actually managed to send to me!, whereupon I made immediate payment, clearing the arrears these twats had created, today I receive a letter from one of their complaince officers saying that the account is closed! Unbelievable - these fools cockup, then close the account! In a sense, I'm glad as they have administered my account from day one.
Both Aktiv Kapital and Moorcroft appear to be run by usless, corrupt idiots.
It really is time for central government to regulate these rogue debt collection agencies.
