  • Difference between Magistrates warrrents and County Court Warrents.

While I know that anything issued by the Magistrates/Crown courts can be enforced by bailiffs, assisted by the police, I was under the impression that with County Couty warrents , the bailiff could only come in if invited or found an open door/window.
How does that stand with parking issued by the Northamption Court. Now that parking has been taken away from Magistrates courts does it not come under the County Court Rules.
Any advice would be helpful please.
