    Marston Baiiff visit

    Just had a visit from 2 bailiffs from Marston, looking for my partner, who was out at the time. Just checked the Ministry of Justice site and they don't appear on the certificated bailiff list.
    They are trying to collect a magistrates court distress warrant.
    What should I do?

    First thing you need to do is read Amy's guide to Bailiffs

    This will also give you a number to ring where you can check whether or not the Bailiffs are certificated.

        You need to be careful here, since you say it's for a magistrates' fine.

        Read my guide, as posted up CJ and give us some more details.
