      Re: equita baliffs

Have a read of the Parking Fine Guide written by Amy. Sorry can't do a link as I'm on my phone at the moment. Presumably this was a PCN issued by the council, rather than an FPN issued by a police officer?
      Is no longer here

yes it was a pcn, also recieved another letter from equita today saying there instructed by birmingham city council in connection with the warrant of execution granted against you by the traffic enforcment centre at northampton county court.
1 the court has ordered that i clear the arrears
2 unless we (equita recieve full payment by return further enforcment proceedings against me
3contact them to discuss how i intend paying the balance
4 payment by return of post
thats not what the baliff said yesterday and there is no amount to pay on letter
