is there anyone who can help me or give advice... please...
I don't know what to do and i'm very scared.
I recived letter from Collect Services Limited with date 23.08.2011 about penalty charges. They talk about 3 penalty charge notices from 18, 22, 31 january 2011.
167.44 each. total balance to pay 611.88. there was mobile numb on envelope. i spoke with guy and i told him i never recived any letters from you guys, i tried to apeal against one of them but didn't get answer. never found any yellow ticket on my front screen. he said there was 9 letters sent to my address, but i didn't recive any of letters as i'm living in sharing house( i'm renting room) and 611.88 is almost all what i do earn. he said that car is registered on this address and there is no add about room number- so it's not theirs fault- also if i wont pay they will take my car which is very importaned for me coz of my job ( i'm social worker, carer)
what should i do, is there any chance to sort this out.i dont have so much money. i don't want to have any problems. i never recived any letters from them. but they don't want to believe. i spoke with my partner and he was shocked.
i know if i did something wrong i need to pay for it, but why i never recived any letters with picture as a prove, also if charge is 35£ i'm happy to pay that- but i never had that chance- just straight away 600...
please help me
