Rossendale Baliffs

Can anyone tell me have i defaulted on payment to rossendales because i could not pay £160 per week or the revised ammount of £56per week after i phoned them and told them i could not afford the first figure and supplied them with income and outgoings they came to second figure? I have paid £25 a week without missing a payment yet they still sent baliff out and charged me £130do i have to pay this?Also i have just found out for every payment i have made via post office with barcode i am being charged 50 pence can hey do this.

th fifty pence fee is i believe nothing to do with the bailiff but is to do with the post ofcie and is thier charge for the service so is legal . i'm sure amy will be along shortly she's the resident bailiff expert. but in the meanwhile read the bailiff guide.
