  • magistrates/county courts.

I had terrible problems with Marstons over not telling dvla of owner of a car I had the logbook for. After he forced his way into my house we managed to sort it out to a point.

Now I have another different bailiff company for a parking fine which is from the traffic enforcement centre at Northampton county court not a magistrates court.
Does this one from a county court and the bailiff with it have the same power as one from the magistrates court to force his way in,?.
I was under the impression that county court warrants were all the same and bailiffs must be invited in,find an open door or a window. Am I wrong in thinking this please. John

I am not trying to avoid paying this, but I need time, this is quite old and I had forgotten it,(2008) I am 74 and disabled, plus I am registered deaf with Essex County Council and the RNID so I can not use a telephone.
