Help!!!!!
I have just been rudely awoken by some bloke about to take my partners car, which i use to get to work, saying he was seizing the vehicle for an unpaid parking ticket, which we appealed against on 3 occassions. We have not heard anything for over 9 months, and i have just had to pay over £650 to keep the car. I was told to write to them..... wtf?
