I know that a court order signed by a Magistrate,or Judge can be enforceable by either the bailiff or the police can break in but does a parking fine from "traffic enforcement Centre,Northampton County Court Bulk Centre have the same power or does it come under the same system as a county court warrant.
I have a county court warrant against a builder and yet the court bailiffs tell me they can not enforce it unless they are invited in or the doors are open, which of course in this case never are.
But, there is a Northampton County Court order for parking charge which the private bailiffs Phoenix commercial collections are saying they can force an entry. That does not make sense
