Help- Equita Issues

i have today recieved a letter though my door from equita baliff re some parking fines which are overdue- some of which i cannot remember but have a total cost of almost £2500, the baliff is demanding payment or they will immobilise my car and take my household items. Is there anything i can do at all? please need any advice i can get.

Is the £2,500 the total Equita are charging you for all of the tickets? Or is this amount purely the outstanding fines?
