Philips £200 Attendance fee and admin

Hi

I am new here and have noticed you can give advice on fees by Philips collection services.

I originally owed only £93.34 for a out of date tax disk since being with Philips - 1 or two months they have charged me:

£75 admin fees

£200 attendance - which they posted a letter as proof

I am just wondering is there a way I can contest these fees? As I have read that court fees are not regulated as such, so the collector can charge what they like realy.

Any way I have now cleared the debt, but would love to claim back any amount possible.

I have just visited the website of Philips Collection Services and can't understand why Mr. Philips and all of his employees are not in jail, that includes Ex. Rossendale's bailiff Ajoy Singh who once thieved for North East Lincolnshire Council.
