Hello to all, I'm Honey and would like to say hello to everyone. am hoping that you may be able to give me advice. I received a letter from equita about an outstanding PCN with Enfield Council. They say I owe £192.00. I rang equita and made an arrangement to pay £50.00 per month. I paid £50.00 immiediatley on 13/10/10. The guy i spoke to said he would call me a couple of days before the next payment is due. On 27/10/10 my car was clamped by them. When I called the bailiff he said that I did not make an arrangement. No matter how many times I told him I did, he just kept repeating I did not and wantedme to pay £560.00 in full payment to remove the clamp. He refered me back to Equita who refused to speak with me and refered me to the bailiff who had my file. They had me running around in circles

Eventually, I was adviced by a court, to make late statutory declaration because I did not know about the fine until the 13th. I told the bailff this and he returned to take off the clamp. I have complained to equita, who have put my case on hold, they wrote to me on 29/10/10 to say they will contact me within 14 days. I received a removal notice from them today 30/10/10 to say they will be removing my property for not paying the fine. It's too late now to make the Late Statutory Declaration.. How can I prove that I did ring them to make an arrangement that the accepted. I cant wait to hear from you.

I really do not know what to do now.
