A friend has recieved a number of letters at her address regarding a speeding fine for someone who does not live there and she does not know. She has lived at the address for a long time, so it is not a previous occupant.
She opened the first letter and phoned to ask waht to do, and was told to return the letter unopened. She has done this with all future letters.
Yesterday she got home to find a note through the door from a bailiff saying that he was coming to take goods to the value of nearly £400.
What can she do??
