Equita Bailiffs

Hi

I recieved an handwritten letter from Equita bailiffs this morning, saying I have to get in contact with them to arrange payments, I phoned the number on the correspondant, and the bailiff said to me I have to pay £781....from aan £120 parking fine

Can someone please help me!!! Theres no way I can get that sort of money in 24 hour, and is that even legal?? Can they do that?
