Emails, I have an email address for one of the people who works there, am not going to publish, because she was quite helpful and is obviously only a very junior minion who hasn't worked there long enough to be corrupted yet....however the format is firstname.surname@equita.co.uk so if you do have anyone's name, then that's the way to go.
Thought the fax number might be useful to back up a Recorded delivery. Not that they ever seem to answer any letters anyway!
