Hi I am new to this forum and have found the advice on it spot on.
The reason for this post is not a do I owe any money one but the conduct on one of Marstons bailiffs.
I have had the "pleasure" of dealing with a Mr Murphy,Who employs various bully boy tactics such as being aggresive on the phone and stating he is going to "show me up in front of my neighbours and informing me he will break into my house to remove goods"[A fixed penalty fine so could break in]
I am 6'4" and 18 stone so I do not take these bully boy tactics lightly,I also run my own company so not behind the door when it comes the correct methods of dealing with people
I will not bore you with the details so the fine and my various letters back and to from the court.
I am dealing with the head of operations for marstons in the northern region regarding their bailfiff George Thomas Murphy tactic's, concerning the method/approch to collection of monies and was wondering if any body else has been subject to his abuse or bully boy tactics ?
If so I can pass on the name and number of the person who deals directly with this type of problem
