  • Philips Bailiffs

I have been asked by a freind ( of a freind) what they can do about the following

They had a credit card ( don't know the lender) but it has been passed to Philips debt collection and bailiffs. Today they lefta letter through the letterbox giving 'Notice of attendance' saying they will be calling back to remove ( or collect can't remember now) goods to the value of......

This has never been to court, can they do this?

I thought it had to have been to court before you could issue a execution ( or something like that) to remove goods?
