hi can anyone help,ive had rossendales balliff come to my house this morning,as i didnt answer he left a letter for removal of my goods for the amount of 1300 or i can pay 400 pound today and then make an instalment plan for the rest, this is for this years council tax,do i have to pay this as the financial year hasnt even ended yet and whos to say what might happen before the end of march next year,i dont know how i stand with this. ive tried ringing him but dont get an answer on the mobile number he has left.
