Help needed with letter from Rundells

Hi
I wrote to Rundells earlier this month and asked them for a copy of all the information they had in regrds to me. I was expecting a full list of charges etc.
Got a reply today and its not what i asked for.

They just say the fees are justified and in accordance with council tax regs blah blah.

Any helpwith the wording of the next letter would be great.

Did you send a formal Subject Access Request and enclose the statutory maximum fee of £10?

Yes but they have not cashed the cheque and just ignored my request.

Did you get proof of posting?

If so, send them a reminder that they have 40 days in which to comply or you will sue them for non-compliance of the Data Protection Act.
