  • Re Marstons and disability

Hi everyone my wife is registered disabled and not a party to my debt from the courts. She also owns her own property not me and the service of my debt is registered at her home address. As I don't reside there full time can Marstons interfere with her at this property and as a disabled person with no connection to the courts or the debt!

    Cheers CPR88

The quick answer is NO. They can only chase you for the debt, but keep your eye on the ball, as they possibly may add her to the debt, then add the property charge.

I know it's your wife that's 'vulnerable', but I think they need to know that, as you are a carer for her.
