CDER enforcement of goods order previous tenants

Hello

we bought our house in November and yesterday morning found a hand delivered letter from this groups agent saying if the debt for someone we have never heard of us not paid immediately that the agent will return and remove goods, even in our absence.

I have emailed CDER with a copy of our mortgage statement and got an auto reply saying it takes ten days to process a query! Can the agent meanwhile potentially break in ?we are about to go on holiday)?

Just to add the letter says they are enforcing debt from HMCTS south east
