Andrew James Enforcement SAR and fees

Hi,
Andrew James are chasing for a parking fine. I asked them for a SAR and this is their reply, they have also charged stupid amounts with fees but not come to the property.
Can someone tell me if this response to the SAR request is legal as they have given me no information whatsoever but also if the fees are excessive

Have they not provided you with copies of the letters that are listed or a record of the calls apparently made? Not all of those exemptions are true though some might be but the onus is on Andrew James to justify why the disclosure of personal information related to you is exempt
