PCN date

Hi, I'm new to LegalBeagles and I would like some advice regarding a PCN I just received.

The incident occured on the 05/03/2022, however the letter is dated 22/03/2022.
Is this PCN still valid? As I am aware that they need to be issued within 14 days of the incident but maybe the law has changed.
